Webdesign
One service I offer that may be of use to you is a webdesign service. I normally charge £5 per quarter of an hour (or £20/hr). I can set things up and then hand it over to you (in which case it becomes your responsibility) or I can keep an eye on things, and remind you when renewals have to be paid etc. for a £5/month + expenses retainer. As a guide you can expect to pay around £100 to set up a simple website, more if you need specialist features or wish lots of pages / images to be set up.
